Terms of Service

Submitting the booking form creates a transfer request. Your booking exists only after DIZESO confirms availability and the final price in writing. Nothing is charged when you send a request.

Prices shown on the website and in the fare estimator are indicative. They are calculated from the driving route between the addresses you selected and the extras you requested.

The final price is confirmed by DIZESO before payment and may differ due to waiting time, route changes, tolls, additional stops, luggage or travel conditions.

Payment is made after confirmation, through the method indicated in your confirmation message.

Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup are free of charge. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full, as the vehicle and driver are reserved for you.

If your flight or ferry is delayed, we monitor it where a flight number is provided and adjust the pickup at no extra cost within reasonable limits.

Please declare the correct number of passengers, luggage items and child seats. Greek law requires suitable child restraint systems; we supply them when requested in your booking.

The driver may refuse transport if the declared capacity is exceeded or if safety would be compromised.

We carry the insurance required for licensed passenger transport in Greece. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control such as traffic, weather, strikes or road closures.

These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
